Chemical Story of Olive Oil: From Grove to Table

In this seminar held within the scope of UC Talks, Zeynep Delen Nircan, the Turkish translator and one of the authors of the book, shared valuable insights from a broad perspective, covering topics from olive oil production to its health benefits, as well as its cultural and economic significance. The seminar aimed to raise awareness and deepen understanding about olive oil.
