We would like to inform you about the upcoming NS101-102 seminar series. This year NS seminars will host undergraduate students, who will talk about research projects they involved at Sabancı University or at the top-ranked universities/research institutes in the world. You will get an opportunity to learn their research projects as well as their personal experience about how they got applied to the research internship programs.
NS101-102 seminars will be held biweekly on Wednesdays at 12:40 pm in FENS G035. Seminars will be approximately 50 min. long. Pizza and soft drinks will be served right after the seminar.
We will give you a certificate of attendance at the end of the NS seminar series.
The first seminar will be on Wednesday, February 26. Yiğit Dallılar from Material Science and Engineering Program will talk about his research project supervised by Dr. Niels Lund, DTU-Space, Denmark. His seminar is entitled “Design of a Focal Plane Compton Detector”.
