We had announced the following before January ELAE.

"Students who had the right to be exempt from ENG 101 and 102 with their IB, MATURA, and ABITUR diplomas, but could not get exemption from ENG 101 because they had not taken the ELAE in the 2013-2014 Fall semester, WILL HAVE TO TAKE the January ELAE to be eligible for exemption from ENG 102. Please note that this procedure will only apply to students who have passed ENG 101 in the 2013-2014 Fall semester."

According this announcement, students who has got at least C grade from January ELAE must apply for exemption to Foundation Development Directorate (FENS G016) with original IB, ABITUR or MATURA certificate until Friday, 14 February.
