PROJ 102 is a course designed to introduce the students into the practice of project work, to challenge the students’ creative and intellectual abilities, and to provide the students with an opportunity to function within a team.
The students are expected to select a project among those proposed by the faculty and staff, and then plan and execute the project as a team (usually 4-5 students). Students submit two written reports (proposal and final report), one oral report (progress report) during the semester, prepare a poster, and deliver a final presentation at the end of the semester. This is a 2 ECTS credit course which means 50 hour workload for students during the semester.
The course is offered both in Fall and Spring semesters and students are required to take this course in their freshman year.
